Jarvis - Myrtle Jenkins

Mrs. Myrtle K. JARVIS, 72, died at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday at the home of a son, Clovis near here. Born near Waveland Oct 7, 1883, she was the daughter of Albert and Elizabeth Witt Jenkins. In 1901 she married Jesse M. Jarvis. She was a member of the Byron Christian Church and Ladies Aid. Surviving besides the son is another son, Norman; also of near Waveland; a brother, Lon of near Waveland; two grandchildren and a great grandson. Funeral services were held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Machledt Funeral Home with Rev. Hugh Dooley officiating. Burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery near Waveland.
